My Favorite Skincare Products

This year, I decided to dedicate time to having clear skin. I've always been prone to breakouts, since my teens, and recently my skin has become clearer, and I have these products to thank. I tried to grab one for each category.

Face Wash - Caudalie Instant Foaming Cleanser. A lot of cleansers / face washes on the shelves are very harsh on my skin. I have uber sensitive skin, & this is one of the first higher end cleansers that hasn't broken me out. You only need one pump, to rub on your damp face, rinse and boom, clean skin.

Face Scrub - St. Ives Green Tea Scrub. This is the one drugstore product that has never let me down. I love all the scrubs from St Ives however this one is my fave because its very soft on my face, and it is great for pores. It also smells really good. I use a scrub 2-3 times a week. Even though its soft, I don't want to aggravate my face too much.

Face Mask - Kiehl's Turmeric and Cranberry Mask. Every face mask I've used in the past has always left me with breakouts, and most of them were for "sensitive skin". I eventually thought I was going to have to stick with the drug store mint mask all my life, which isn't terrible, but doesn't help as much. I was told to try Kiehl's and of course I was hesitant due to it being high end. This is my favorite mask I've purchased so far. It has brightened the dark spots on my face quite a bit. I use a face mask twice a week, usually on Wednesdays and Sundays.

Toner - Botanics Refreshing Toning Spritz. This is also a drugstore product however its more on the pricey side for drugstore. Its a really light toner and it does well on my face. I like to spritz it around my entire face and let it air dry completely.

Moisturizer - Caudalie Vinosource Intense Moisture. This would be my second favorite moisturizer technically. My first is the Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Serum. I tried the serum first when I got it as a birthday gift from Sephora, and I absolutely loved it. That little bottle lasted me a few months also. When it was gone, I really couldn't bring myself to pay $80 for it (even though I really loved it), so I went with the next best thing, which was a lot cheaper. It makes my face feel so smooth. The smell of it is odd a first but you get used to it.

I really want to try the Tacha Violet C radiance mask as well as a few products from The Ordinary. The Tacha mask however is just like the serum price wise, therefore I'm debating if its worth a try. The Ordinary's products are very inexpensive, however they never seem to be in stock at Sephora. If you have any recommendations for skincare, let me know!
